Alison provides consultancy work to organisations and lawyers around the World. Her main areas of expertise are criminal law and court procedure, and International Human Rights.
She is happy to travel around the World and works with not for profit organisations, Law Enforcement and Government, or individual lawyers, and can provide advice and training, on either a small or large scale.
Alison's specialisms include murder, sexual offences, death penalty, drug and firearm importation, human trafficking, forensic science practices, jury selection, and mitigation themes. Her specfic knowledge is in UK, European and USA criminal practice and procedures.
Alison undertakes trial preparation in cases where there is a large amount of documentation, including criminal trials and inquests. She has excellent forensic analysis skills and can provide case themes and ensure compliance with discovery/disclosure.
She has more han 15 years experience of interviewing witnesses and defendants and is happy to undertake a witness or defendant preparation role.
